1 Used Gear
1.1 What sports do you carry in your used section?

We carry Hockey, golf, skiing, snowboarding, baseball, bikes, goalie equipment, lacrosse, softball and figure skates in used.

1.2 Do you accept all used sporting gear?

Unfortunately, we do not accept all sports equipment. Equipment intake is based on our needs/stock level and season. All gear will be assessed, but we cannot guarantee acceptance.  The best time to bring in your gear is typically 1-2 months before a sports season starts. Ex. Hockey season is September-March so gear intake starts in July. We only accept gear in full working condition. If a repair is needed we cannot accept it.

1.3 How much is my gear worth?

All gear needs to be assessed in-store by our Replay team in order to assign value.  Please do not call for a quote. We need to be able to physically assess each item. Age, condition, demand and stock levels can all affect value. We take into account our sales history of similar items, what the item sells for new and other information to get a complete snapshot of an item's value in our market. 

1.4 How does the trade-in process work?

Once your gear is assessed and given a value, your gear will be traded for store credit. There is no expiry on store credit. Your credit can be used for both new and used goods.
