Consider that when kids play basketball, soccer, football or virtually any other sport in the world a lighter/smaller product is adopted to fit their game.  This 4oz puck makes it easier for kids to develop their shots. Even if they are playing with a 6oz puck we would still recommend practicing at home and the ODR with the 4oz.
